I thought I was the only one who had that thought Trojan so I was happy to see you express it so eloquently. Once Kae was done on the bike she should have been allowed to move directly on to the treadmill and then to the pool. I understand why it wasn't done that way (someone would surely have died) but the time could've been accumulated so that total time of all three events would've been the deciding factor.

I thought the reactions of Hollie's friends was interesting. I hope the bigger friend does get on the band wagon with Hollie and I think that would make a great follow up story for next year. The reaction of the other friend was great TV. Seeing them eating in a pizza place was interesting. I give kudos to Hollie for not ordering the house specialty smothered in cheese. I think the threat of you gain weight you lose your immunity was a direct link to Neil's manipulation of events. The fact that both women didn't lose any weight sounds a bit scripted to me - like perhaps they both drank some water - just enough to tip the scales so to speak. From what we were shown they were both cautious in their eating habits and they both still worked out. I don't see how a 24 hour break from the campus that included watching their diet and exercising could result in no loss but as was pointed out by someone else salt could be the factor!

Anyway, I was very happy to see Amy go. I too thought that she had a lot of nerve calling the karma card into play when she turned her back on her original teammates and the look on Isabeau's face said it all. If only Neil could go home I'd be happy with any of the others winning.
