He has the creativity and personality to fit in well with the format of Iron Chef. Unless the producers are giving us some kind of Chris Daughtry edit.

But I could live with Symon winning as well, he is very creative and seems to do well under pressure. I'm just glad it's not Constentino, he was so not my favorite contestant. I'm not hating on Ruhlman at all. He knows what he's talking about. I don't know if Knowlton knows what he's talking about, but I know he's an ass. Besh for the win! (Disclaimer: I'm biased in favor of my fellow Louisianian.)
