Well it had to come down to the two of them. I thought that was obvious. And while I truly wouldn't be disappointed by either of them, I admit that I
desperately want Besh to take it. I can't help myself. I have a little Southern crush on him.

^ agree with that Kemp. Symon is great, but I'm all about Besh taking home the prize.
I thought Chris C. was out a few weeks back, so tonight was no suprise. Once again: I hate the male judges. |

John Besh had this wrapped up from the begining. I will be truly stunned if he doesn't win this.

If Symon wins, does that mean they're ditching Cora?
Because two greek chefs makes no sense. Besh would be able to do the Southern/French thing and differentiate himself. |

Symon is taking his lobster hot dog into the winner's circle as far as I'm concerned.
He has the creativity and personality to fit in well with the format of Iron Chef. Unless the producers are giving us some kind of Chris Daughtry edit. |

I lurve Besh. But I could live with Symon winning as well, he is very creative and seems to do well under pressure. I'm just glad it's not
Constentino, he was so not my favorite contestant.
Jeffrey Steingarten would have made an *awesome* judge. |

I love them both but would rather see Symon on Iron Chef.

I hate Besh. Symon for the win!!!!

Besh has been my pick from the beginning, but I must admit that Symon also appears to be a fantastic chef with a winning personality.
I'm not hating on Ruhlman at all. He knows what he's talking about. I don't know if Knowlton knows what he's talking about, but I know he's an ass. Besh for the win! (Disclaimer: I'm biased in favor of my fellow Louisianian.) |

Andrew may be an ass but he's a hot ass.....
I'm thinking the Chairman appointed the judges and they are to get someone excellent for his show... Besh has already been in Kitchen Stadium so already has the drill down.. |

I thought they had all been in kitchen stadium and that's why they were chosen?? My mistake.

Symon has been on IC as well - against Morimoto. Of course he lost, as most challengers do.

They would both be incredible Iron Chefs, but I'm going with Symon based on personality alone. |

Yup, I'm going with Symon also. Besh started out annoying but he's grown on me throughout and I'd be ok with him on ICA also.
