as was stated earlier, many stores are catering to young girls with "less than appropriate" costumes.

I'm wondering who their market is? As part of the religious right I can't imagine anyone I know allowing their kids to go out dressed like this. I figured the godless heathens of sucks might know the answer, but somebody HAS TO be buying or else they would not be making the clothes, (such as they are)
