(A snoozefest by the way). She notices a little black spider right next to her. So she's going on and on about her story then stops right in the middle and says, "What is that!" Sherri freaks out and gets as far away from the spider as possible. And Whoopi scoops it up with her cue card and it gives it to Bill Geddie because they didn't want to kill a living creature. Quite amusing.

Now if we could only hear more of Joy's stories about her life instead of Babwa Wawa's life being photographed this show would be slightly more interesting.

I love Rosie but she wasn't really a moderator and neither is Whoopi. They went for "star power" when Meredith left. So what they really have is a celebrity head panelist. Meredith knew how to moderate.

Meredith knew how to moderate. I know they went for star power in order to keep this show going, but at the same time everyone is different. You really can't compare Rosie and Whoopi to Meredith because they all have different personalities and background experience.

Whoopie as Cab Calloway, Joy as some chick on a swing, Sherrie as a flapper and Babs as a Nora Desmond-like character with a huge headdress. The opening "routine" that Whoopie and Joy did with a Big Band (supposed to be recreating The Cotton Club) was beyond lame.
