They should let the contestants pick their own best shots
I agree, Tyra picks bad ones on purpose. The contestants got to pick their own shots once in Cycle 2, anyone remember that?

WHY was Saleisha first? Her photo was ok, but first? Come on.My hubby doesn't watch much, but he watched with me last night and he said "Boy that girl looks like a younger, hotter version of Tyra - HOW SHE LOOKED YEARS AGO.." I snorted at him but in reality, he is right....she does have a "tyraesque look" about her. I betcha THAT is the reason Tyra likes her so much. Me? I find Saleshia to be a nice girl personality wise, but her hairdo and her photos are horrid. I also have to agree with whomever said Jenah takes great photos but looks like a rag a muffin in person. She DOES have incredible eyes but seeing all her photos together, she ALSO should be told to face the camera. Why Heather and not Jenah? Typical... It will be very interesting to see what comes about from here on in. Danielle was the last African American winner, me thinks Tyra is hoping (read: Planning) on another one this season. |

Yeah, I'm in the Jenah camp. I think she's gorgeous, and I love her pictures, shame about the weave. Not to knock Heather either, because she really is
stunning and funny in her confessionals, but for whatever reason she doesn't wow me.
I loved the randomness of that challenge prize. wtf was with Mary J. Blige "styling" the shoot? And that was the same photographer from Shear Genius, right??? I kept waiting for Dr. Boogie to say "STEPPING IN" and start spraying (which still cracks me up just thinking about it). |

I want to see the ad that Heather did. She looked amazing with a tan and the way her hair was styled.

I find it hard to believe that the shots they are showing tonight are the girl's BEST shots... I mean that picture of Ebony and the picture of chantal? You can not tell me those were their best.Tyra picks em. Do you really think she's being obejective? And, what? No one mentions CariDee's brief appearance and one-word line on "Gossip Girl"? |

It was also pretty obvious that Lisa had alot better shots than the one they picked.
I thought it was hilarious to keep Ambreal after Tyra told her she didn't have any potential to be a model. Take Caridee to the past seasons thread. |
