She seemed really down to earth, and in a natural way, not a contrived put-on way. It's sweet that someone with all the fame and money she could ever need still takes this seriously and cares what people think. Mel used to be my least favorite Spice, but the more I see her on this show she seems like the one who'd be the most fun to hang out with...you know, just go down the pub for some drinks and a laugh. I wouldn't care if Jennie or Marie went home tonight - they're just so meh.

I agree that he was taken by surprise and did the best he could, but once somebody's dead weight, there's not a lot to do. M&M were, by far, the best of the night and absolutely deserve the encore. I can see Jane and Cuban in the bottom tonight.

I think the bottom two will be Jennie and Mark, with Mark the one to go. He may not have said so directly, but he probably knows he's going. That's why he wanted a flashy number from Kym. Apparently Marie has asthma and the wildfires only made her breathing worse. Speaking of the wildfires: "It's been a terrible day, a very traumatic day," says Seymour, who lives in Malibu. "My husband [director James Keach] is fighting a fire right now. The police made us all leave yesterday morning, a mandatory evacuation, and he stayed. He hid there in the house and he's there now with the hoses. He's there illegally, and I'm extremely worried because he told me that the wind was coming in our direction."

If she sucked, then I might be a little pissed but her dance was great, the song brought back memorieeeees and seeing the spice girls minus Mel C was kinda nice although I would have liked to see all of them in that video package. There is no way she is bottom 2 tonight. I usually vote on 2 phone lines and give them all to Edyta and her partner every year b/c she's hot hot hot and I want to see her and her nakedness every week but I gave 5 votes of my 16 to Mel last night. Yey! * Shit did Marie fainting catch me off guard. I and everyone else thought that she was just kind of joking about how tired she was and then she sort of didn't get up. Yeah..everyone was prety calm but then again I wasn't there and for all I know once the show cut to commercial people started freaking. It was so a Janet tit moment - Did that just happen? Did I see that right? ..and both times, yup, it happened. * Cameron and Edyta were really sexy last night. For once I feel like my Edyta votes make sense since they were really really good. * I don't know who will be in the B2 but it should be Mark and Marie. Marie really just wasn't very good when it comes down to it and I don't know much about dance and I saw her messy, unstable foowork in the turns and stuff. I really don't want Jennie in the Bottom b/c although the dance was far from fluid, she tried and her dance was at a much great difficulty than most. It had all the key Samba moves and pwnd all the other Sambas even Mel B's choreo wise although Mel B outdanced her hands down. Marie's dance wasn't very good and Mark's was actually fun but he's technically not good. I would prefer it if Jane was in the bottom two. - Jennnie continues to surprise me. She obviously is working hard at this , so it's paying off. - M&M were by far the best and I was happily surpirsed. Encore dance please and no bottom two! -The fall: Johnathan always has his arms on /or around Marie. She's facing the judges and I don't think he saw that coming at all. Being a power bottom, I agree with the person who said he likely doesn't have much upper body strength ;) - Cameron did very well. Like Jennie, I think he's improving weekly. - Sabrina/Helio seem over-rated to me. Helio was not good last night and could be a 'surprise bottom two'. I'd love to see Sabrina get bottom two just to say 'the jig is up Cheetah Girl'.

Now those firefighters are going to have to divert from putting out a fire to rescue this schmuck when it finally dawns on him that a fucking fire is on the way.
