I liked the whole episode except Kristen Bell...whiny and boring. Meh.

I thought Kristen was just fine, but it's weird seeing her as someone other than VM. There were definitely some old mannerisms left over, particualarly
when she was in the pub.
Nice ep. Do we know why HRG and the Haitian are in St. Petersburg? |

Awesome episode again!
Loved Niki putting the hurt on Bob and Mohinder, and Monica was awesome once again. Elle is completely off her rocker. "Okay, so I killed him. What's the big deal!?!"
Next week, ugh @ Sylar. I really hope the Twins stick it to his ass. |

Nice episode!
I fucking hate Mohinder. He's such a tool. He always unwittingly bats for the bad guys -- first Sylar, then the company man. And giving Molly up to the company is nuts. And could totally blow apart HRG's plans. Matt as well - what a selfish ass for asking Molly to do that. It was truly satisfying seeing his dad stick it to him, and get busted up by Nathan (and Nikki tossing Mohinder, while we're at it). |

I actually really like the Elle character. Can we say female villain? 'Bout time the show had one. Well in general, I think they're upping the ante on
villains this season. So many Heroes, so little villains. This is a nice addition.
I like Claire's storyline (I know I'm in the minority) , but this season is supposed to be about how heroes try to live normal lives. Who else thinks that New York is still toast. The future probably wasn't changed at all. It's probably all going to happen, we just don't know how yet? Yay for Nikki being back. Give the girl some airtime for god's sake. Maybe she was too busy shooting Resident Evil or something. Monica's powers are awesome. Her powers potentially could be used pretty creatively. Mohinder falls in love with Nikki?!?! |

Odd. We loathed this one. Have all the writers quit and been replaced with students from Scriptwriting 1A? The dialogue has become fused with soap opera talk.
"It's like....." "Like WHAT?" "It's like I don't know what's going on anymore!" "I thought no one would ever understand the things I am.... the things I can do...." :barf And the crappy plot devices to stretch things out... "OMG! I must know what happens next!" "But the scroll is damaged! I need more time!!" Monica's friend is the worst actress I've ever seen. And everyone is turning to the Lost-style interactions of Argue Strenuously Against Whatever the Other Person Suggests, Insisting, "I have to do this alone!" or "I'M ON HER SIDE!" It gets so TIRING when characters have to argue over every shit they take. Parkman's ex-wife has gotten even uglier. I love this show, but this is hands down the WORST episode ever. EVER. I am genuinely shocked that some of you liked it. I'm just hoping this was a filler episode and great stuff will happen next week, but that doesn't excuse the shitty, shitty writing. None of the conversations any of the characters had tonight was believeable. |

Oh, I don't know, I kinda liked the guy being able to give nightmares, and I also liked Elle's character. I wonder who her dad is? Matt is a putz
however, and can't act worth a shit. I agree about the crappy dialogue as well... This season has definitely sucked for the most part so far....

Domestic partnership! Now with thumbring!
I liked Nathan tonight. It was a return to the old Nathan, except better. And I'm glad they gave the hint that Matt has more potential than just reading minds, ala the telepaths in the comics. The only bad part to all this is that they made Elle bad, and I was sorta wishing there was some redeemable characteristics to her as opposed to the standard cookie cutter villian type. |

When Matt was in his nightmare jail, I couldn't understand the guard at all. His speech sounded garbled, almost backward. Holy Twin Peaks, Batman!

The show was pretty good. Again, I'm being patient hoping that all of this will lead to a big payoff.
Hate, hate, HATE any scene with Mohinder and Matt. Mohinder's lack of acting ability is so obvious and there is nothing Greg can do to save it. They just bitch at each other. Matt and Nathan, on the other hand, GOLD. Love them together. They really need to focus on Nathan much more. He needs to dominate the story like Peter and Claire have in the past. Adrian is the best actor in the show and he's being under-utilized. Elle...meh. One thing that did piss me off was that there was nothing of value in Peter's box. A passport, a photo, a ticket, money... Put something cool in that friggin' box!!! So Matt will probably be able to get Molly to wake up, since it's just a dream she's stuck in, right?

I think it was a good ep.
I was not impressed by Elle though. All that hype just to have her act like a murderous brat? Seemed too easy for the hype built up around her. I welcome the addition of another villian though. Sylar is still The Man though (loved his preview next week). The Matt/Nathan fight via Nightmare Daddy was very cool. Agree with the Nathan hotness factor, and Nathan working with Matt was better than Matt working with Mohinder. What the hell led him to Monica in NO anyway? That seemed like a jump of nonsense to me. Did Cerebro find her or what? (X-men joke). I was digging that Irish guy, now he's toast. |

I agree the dream stuff was really cool. In fact, the storylines aren't bothering me at all. It's the acting and the dialogue. Mohinder is a complete
disaster. I wish he would stop with that narration, because hearing his weenie accent annoys me. Also, they are just trying to juggle too much stuff. Some
of the scenes were so short, and then we were zoomed somewhere else... and the scenes that were longer were hampered by that laughable dialogue. I have faith
that it will get better but I was seriously shocked last night.
Oh, and that Veronica Mars girl... She didn't get Peter on her first day so she has to just LEAVE? What's up with that? It felt like another plot stretching device. I hope she just stays and does whatever it is she is supposed to be doing. Likewise, I hope that when they do Hiro and Ando, they actually further their story. Last night it was like "Yeah I'm still doing stuff TTYL!!!! :D" I don't need to see every character for the sake of seeing characters. I want quality time with them (that does not include endless bitching at one another ala Matt & Mohinder). |

God I love Adrian Pasdar and his poofy hair in this episode. What is up with the melty face version of him?
I'm sad about Irish guy. He had such pretty blue eyes. Now that he got burnt to a crisp I am liking that story line even less. And Veronica Mars chick does nothing for me. I think she is the most ordinary of attractive young actresses. This season so far is the let down I knew it would be. It is just like I said last year. The writers pitch these stories because they have this great "idea". They sell it based on that idea but they don't have a middle and an end to their story. They don't know where to go with it. But they tell the network "Well we can't tell you what will happen because it needs to stay top secret. But trust me. It is going to be really good." But they run out of great ideas and they frantically try to assemble something each week and the stories get weaker and weaker as they flounder and try to come up with something. Eventually they are saved from their own massive writers block when the show is canceled. |
