yeah but the holidays (thanksgiving/christmas) is coming up too. it is also possible she is taking time off for whatever her plans are with them. so i wouldn't jump to any conclusions that she is on the next allstars 2, just yet. though i do think she is someone likely to come back, because she is one of more memorable females. yes i know she has been on 3 times, but they want ratings so i wouldn't be suprised to see her back.

If this does turn out to be true, what the hell is up with this? Even Jonathan and Wanda didn't get sent all the way home, they still got to go travel with the rest of the early boots. Why would they send the first player home? And if that first player is an all-star, wouldn't that kind of, you know, reveal to people who the first boot is? I'm just sayin'...

You might be on to something. We all know that Christy Smith wasn't on ASS1, but if the rumors are true, she was in the cast at first until she backed out for some reason (and was subsequently replaced by Kelly G, bumped for Shii-Ann...). In the time approaching the start of filming for ASS1, on her personal website she had all kinds of appearances booked (because of her being a deaf Survivor contestant, she had a lot of motivational speaking gigs and whatnot) right up until the time of filming started and then abruptly nothing at all scheduled. If I recall correctly, she might have even had a few appearances booked for the time after filming was concluded, but I could be wrong about that.

Of course, I suppose it's possible that Stephenie just decided to leave her schedule open just in case she was selected for ASS2. It doesn't necessarily mean that she's actually on the show.

If she does make the cut and the season starts will an All-Star pick'em, what do you guys think the odds are that the other All-Stars (or the newbies, whoever gets to pick) would actually let her back into the game on account of it being her 3rd go at it?

i wouldn't rule anyone out do to just because of what happened on big brother allstars. two of the contestants that people assumed would go within the first few weeks made it to 3rd/4th.

stephanie does have a couple of things going for her. she is a female that was pretty good at the challenges, and she would make a good goat again. for example, say if she where on a tribe with courtney (china), and lydia who suck at the challenges she might not be booted first. if she is a tribe worried about winning immunity she won't go anywhere. well if people aren't so worried about the winners, and actually getting to the merge. just because the winners where taken out in the first allstars, doesn't mean it will happen again.

people like a tom/ozzy/terry are going to be way more worried about their tribes challenge in the performances then who got the furthest the first time. i also think that instead of people being worried about the winners this time, people will be more worried about the challenge hogs.
