For Koh-Lanta, you could just watch the intros on Youtube and record them from there - hardly the best quality but I doubt there are many great rips of foreign
Survivors out there (given even the South Africa caps are crummy webrips).

I found it from YouTube. I recorded it and digitally enhanced it. I wish I could have the speed to down the torrents for one episode, the Koh Lanta 7 is
available widely on torrents but my ISP sucks.
