Posts: 1 (10/15/07 4:53 PM) Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	Although Jeff mentioned we might see a more temperate climate (not really cold) at some point (in an interview on another thread). What do you think? My husband & I theorize it will be a long time coming, and not for the reasons Jeff cites. We think it's because half-naked & naked bodies make for more viewers. Fully clothed & even bundled bodies just aren't as exciting? Anyone else think the same?

Then the show will really become Survivor Are you aware that S4 was supposed to be "Survivor: Arabia" until Sept 11 came along and MB frantically had to switch to Marquesas? Imagine how Rotu and Maraamu would have fared in sand dunes.

If you can't sleep on the beach without any covers in the rain, it to cold. No heat stroke or frostbite allowed on the show. Just nice safe places where all the players can't get hurt.

But Survivor: Alaska (or something like that) would be possible if they filmed in summer. A friend of mine is from Fairbanks and she said in summer it is in the upper 80's most of the day and doesn't get too cold at night because the sun never goes down. Same in places like Sweden and Norway and such.

If they filmed in Alaska could they pull off a season where it's day the entire season? That would be wild and throw the contestants for a major time-perception loop.
