Phyllis and Jack are very good together imho. I can't wait until Heather hears from Paul but I suspect she'll find out he's her daughter accidentally and she'll be mighty pissed off. So, did Professor K. kill her friend?? I do find this storyline quite interesting. Colleen looks like someone he is babysitting , not dating seriously. I just love all the scenes with Jana and Phyllis. The wooden picture frame was..well...priceless! You know that Phyllis is spoon-feeding Jana her endless Sharon-hate so that Jana will do something 'quite unfair and hurtful' towards dear Sharon (after sending an apology to Carmen de' dead's family). Jana needs to remain on the show for the whole Jekyll/Hyde effect. Will everyone get a golden retriever before the year ends?

And why "from the ashes" -- ashes implying fire. (And Clear Springs has been having all those problems -- seriously, at this point what else could go wrong with that project? "Uh, we just found out that Clear Springs was built on an Indian Burial ground. Whoops.")

The collapse will be followed by a catastrophic methane gas explosion that destroys much of the town.

Did you notice that old-Colleen is now the new teen on Desperate Housewives (Dana Delany's daughter)? Hasn't Victoria already lost two children (miscarried or at birth?) If they do this to her again that would be just too sad and sadly repetitious. If Phyllis can birth a child in an elevator , I think Victoria can do it under a car. I have a feeling David Chow will perish and , naturally, Victor will get back with Nikki. Isn't there always a catastrophe that unites them?

Sharon suggests that the benefit in Cassie's memory be held at Jack's Clear Springs casino even though the casino is not completely finished. Sharon thinks this will be a way of restoring Jack's reputation. At first Nick is against the idea because he does not want his daughter's memory to be used to restore Jack's reputation but he goes along with it. Now that explains why Nikki and Victor would be at Jack's casino. It did not make sense that they would go to the opening of the casino given Nikki's objections to project and Victor's animosity to Jack. There is going to be some real guilt floating around after the explosion on Sharon's part for suggesting the venue for Cassie's memorial service and on Nick's for agreeing to it. On another site someone posted that the explosion is the result of Victor's decision to dig for minerals and that he and Newmans are held liable for the explosion. The spoiler was not attributed to a source so there way of knowing if it is valid. A promo for the Clear Springs explosion was shown. Nikki, Victor, Nick, Victoria, Sharon, Jack, Paul, Lauren (who is with Noah) are shown. http://telboards.com/index.php?topic=13883.0

Then again, I think her match up with JT is awful -- but that has to do with the actress, who seems botoxed into a permanantly dour expression. they keep trying to make Vikki a sex pot, and yet cast these icy, bitchy women. Great, so one whole episode of finger pointing, and then Brad and JT can bitch at each other, and Jack and Katherine can bitch at each other....meanwhile, I assume that the fire breaks out and they have to run for it. Maybe John's ghost will show them the way out.

The Blame Game , should be the real title to this show...who killed Dru? Why is Phyllis really in jail? Who tainted the cream? Who killed Ji Min sp? Why isn't Victor's Golden Retriever a suspect in the killing? Who disciplines Noah? I can't wait to see the aftermath of the debris, fire, falling chandeliers etc... Do enemies help one another? I do think having Victoria in a coma is really stupid. Obviously her 3rd child will be in danger..and if this one dies the show has really got to look back on it's story-lines because that's rather harsh. Gloria's eyes just keep getting bigger..and, it scares me!

I hope they have more chemistry off screen than they do on.

Jana needs to start a Prison Break and throw in multiple personalities. After the big 'cave-in' , I think that would be a fun storyline (add Phyllis, of course)

I love Maggie, she's the Fargo Cop on the show who has this great balance of barging through the crime, putting herself at risk and having a soft spot. Best addition to the cast in a long time! Note of interest: Did you know that Bob Barker shared a room with the women of Y&R while he hosted the Price is Right...he must have died and gone to heaven! Now, they've changed the set-up so Drew has his own room! Bob, you skank! Remember to spay and neuter your dogs and hit on the Y&R gals!

Could anyone share some insights as to 'who' is trapped. I see: Jack Sharon Nick Victor Nikki J.T. Aussie Guy Lauren Paul??? Victoria (who we now know goes into a coma) .... so, I assume David Chow would be there as he is at the resort. Anyone have the list on their newest Y&R Bookmark!? They really packed on the 'love' for Victoria having a healthy baby, driving safely to Clear Springs, brother / sister talks about kids, the baby book from Victor. So, it's quite obvious Y&R is playing up her condition after the explosion/collapse. If her baby doesn't make it the writers have really buggered up her history re: having children.
