My favorite was when Marc & Wilhelmina referred to Alexis as a "tramnesiac."
Guess I'm in the minority that likes Gio. I'm tired of Betty having to settle for nerdy insecure boyfriends like Henry. Why can't she find a guy like Gio who is sure of himself, but not Mode-model handsome? He can help her take on Wilhelmina & Co., unlike Henry, who is always a victim. |

That one had me rolling, but I had to go with something that was a little more obvious.Understandable. I like the new title..it's an Amanda original so how could I not? 
Another great Amanda line.. "Last night when I was standing naked on the red carpet doing all those poses those guys were shouting out.." 
Am I the only one that would love to see an Amanda/Claire catfight? |

Count me in as a Gio fan. I like Freddy Rodriguez and I bet within a few weeks, we're all gonna like Gio. It's pure soap -- whenever a character
bursts on the scene as unlikable he/she will be redeemed and become kind of a hero. I'm looking forward to it. At least he'll spur Henry into being
more macho and assertive.

Freddy R was adorable and I liked Gio a lot too. "Encouraged her to lie"? That's a weak, WEAK reason to dismiss him. He was helping her do her job by pushing her to tap into her writer's brain. GMAB. The photochops had me ROLLING. right from the BFF cover page to the hilariously awkward poses. "Are we?" "No! Just political." Loved it all. Justin/Daniel was a cute dynamic we hadn't seen before. Hilda and Henry was cute too. at Hilda not thinking that "splendiferous" was a word

for some ungodly reason, this show always nds up on the backburner for me and I find myself catching up a week or two laer.... and can't figure out why,
because it is SO damn good!
some things i loved about the last episoe that weren't mentioned - "there is NO SUCH THING as fat-free mayo. It's 125 calories per tablespoon and I put two huge dollops on each sandwich." ::cue everyone spitting up their food:: justin cringing and holding his head when the basketball comes down the fashion program host said something like, "the fashion will be hot and the kids will be sick!" Wilhemina: "Easy on the makeup - she's a tranny, not a drag queen!" |

I roared when the sick child at the benefit started to tell the audience, "This last year has been very hard..." and then Wilhelmina grabbed the mike
out of his hand and said, "Wasn't that inspirational??" and started talking about her wedding plans. Vanessa Williams is hilarious!

GMAB.I am dismissing him b/c he was a complete unlikeable asshole who I wanted to sucker punch within 5 minutes of him being on my screen calling Betty a Mode girl b/c she asked for more sundried tomatos. The lying thing did bother me a bit but that is by far not the reason why I am against him..he sucks IMO plain and simple and I'm no crazy Henry/Betty shipper against any new guys. Henry and Betty are cute but I was open to the idea of someone new to keep things interesting. Gio was bugging big time. |
