Maybe he tried so hard because he knew the nom's would stay the same. At the time he was in an alliance w/ the Donato's. In his interview w/ Jess it seemed like he knew from the beginning that he couldn't use the POV, because there wouldn't be a way for America to officially vote on it due to the scheduling of the show. But I don't know Eric would have to clear it up for us. I do agree though that they should forget the twists next year and go back to the basics. |

Even survivor is getting pretty much back to the basics. The only change from the beginning is the kidnap/immunity clue. But at least they got rid of that
stupid exile island twist.
