Just look at the shadow at the bottom, it goes from right to left, that can't change and if she were going the other way it'd be going left to right.

Not on the same leg though, and that's what's blocking some folks from seeing it both ways, they're stuck on their perception that her pivoting leg must be one leg or the other.
