I bet Mike won't run for Town Council so that way he can try to get a gold star. He seems like that type of asshole.

They could vote for four new council members and then the new council members choose their teams - total mix up. Or..., Sophia, Michael, Morgan, and Mallory
(all Gold Star recipients) as the new council, and they choose their teams.
