I'm currently like three days behind and will need the weekend to catch up on episodes, but what are you referring to? Is there an overabundance of Night Shifters on GH this week? |

I haven't missed any episodes this week after all, Friday's ep had all kind of references to NS and storylines from several women who were on NS. The
hour was disjointed and confusing if you didn't watch NS.

HARDLY! I watched every episode of NS, and not once did I fail to think to myself "now why can't they write like this for GH?" I thought the storylines were wonderful, and there were so many touching moments. I am not an overly demonstrative person, but I found myself with a tear in my eye many times over a NS storyline, and I can't begin to think of the last time that happened on GH. NS gave us a chance to enjoy characters who don't get much screen time on the mothership....mostly because they're too busy pushing Sonny down our throats. (and btw, sign me up as a Kate hater, she annoys the bejesus out of me). Epiphany was wonderful, and I really enjoyed her scenes with Billy Dee Williams. I'm always happy to see more Spinelli, and he was outstanding on NS. I'm glad they're bringing Leyla over - I like her character. I could have done without the sex addict story, but hey - it was something different. I haven't been a fan of Robin since she went all sanctimonious and told the truth about Michael's parentage, but I did enjoy her on NS. I'm glad the HIV pregnancy storyline is continuing...not so much because I want her to have more airtime, although that's ok...but because it's an important story, and daytime tv has been responsible for showing a lot of things that would never be seen on primetime. True, things are a lot more lax on primetime than they used to be, but it's refreshing to see daytime tv continue to explore new territory. Regardless of what we individually think about NS, we're all fans of GH in general, right? I've been watching for 25 years, and probably always will, as long as it is around. Dissenting opinions about this or that character or storyline are fine with me - if we all liked the same character/storyline, we'd only ever see that person, instead of the mix we currently have. Go, GH! |

I'm so glad to find out that it wasn't just me. I COULDN"T watch NS, since my cable company doesn't offer
Soapnet. I kept asking, "did I miss an episode? who are these people?" good to know that I didn't miss anything. SO, is Jerry gonna die? I hope so, but doubt it. it would be cool if Nik is the killer, but he won't be. They never go there. bummer. |

Tigeranne, I have to ask - who is your avatar? I've seen either you posting elsewhere on boards (Big Brother?) or seen someone else with that same picture.
It looks like Kevin Spacey, but.....it also doesn't. Thanks!

i have hated GH for years---but ever since they brought on the ns crew, i like the show much better. robin is the paranoid buttinsky i always knew she was, the
action has returned somewhat to the hospital, and a sprinkling of fun has returned. it is by no means the show i remember...but it is getting better. love the
new nurses and doctors, especially kelly and leyla...and love the paranoid robin doing everything wrong.

I'm enjoying the infusion of the new characters and subplots, but I just wish they would have eased the transition a little more. Last Friday's show
was Wham! Night Shifters in your face! Too much at once. Too many storylines introduced "in medias res" (in the middle of the action), which
interrupted the flow of the show. Now that they're more settled in, it's working.
Can Nikolas please black out and stab Robin next? |

Anyone else notice who was in Zachara's photo that he smashed?? Looked alot like Lily to me.... anyone heard anything if that spec is true??
Friday's eppy was the first I caught in a while, so this was my first look at Johnny. I could TOTALLY see him end up being Sonny/Lily's son.... |

Wow, Aimee! I'd not heard those rumors. But, boy, that would be crazy! The photo was shown again yesterday, but I didn't pay attention because I just assumed it wasn't that important.
We're just loving Trevor Lansing!
If we have to sit through another argument between Robin and Patrick about her wanting to get pregnanat, I'm going to have to do something drastic! They say the same exact things to each other over and over, and it's been going on for weeks. Enough already! |

... er.. sorta new.. seems like we've seen this swan before, but you decide.
Taken, as usual from GHH2 You remember how we all gushed about the unique storytelling way the writers told the tale of the Metrocourt hostage crisis... well, its no longer unique. Look for the B&W ball to do the same thing. we'll begin with a horrified Nikolas making a gruesome discovery and then the next 11 shows will show the events leading up to that discovery..... been there, done that. Many guests will be injured... a storm rages outside so no-one can leave.. multiple dead bodies will be discovered... yadda yadda yadda.. And SHOCKER of SHOCKERS, the main person who dies will be . . .ready for it?? Emily Q... no kidding. . . but looks can be deceiving.. it appears that dear Emily bears a striking resemblance to Zacharra's dead wife.. so she might not be that dead after all... (Guess that means that his wife was not Lily). Look for Johnny Zachara to put it all together regarding Liz/Jake/Jason... he will act on this information and Lucky will finally be told. CarJax baby happening soon. look for the discovery shortly after the ball Luke will discover what exactly Ric has on Logan Catfight between Liz and Sam.. look for it.. my money is on Sam. Another catfight. this time between Maxie and Leiyla ???! Maxie takes exception to Leylia's hands on approach to Patrick and blames her for Robin/Patrick break up Ric will be stabbed at the ball... will he survive? Remember this old spoiler? "When all is said and done, Ric will put his life on the line to save another." Lulu will not be murdered... instead, another blonde (Nadine), who just happens to be wearing the same dress as Lulu will be killed. You know how I said so much for Lily... well.. "The fall out of November sweeps leads to the return of familiar faces for an "emotional kicker"."... wonder if this could be the rumor I had talked about earlier re: Johnny being Lily/Sonny's son... Look for Maxie's health to take a turn for the worse... must be all those catfights |

past. Who didn't think of Catherine Bell being pushed from the parapet at Windemere last week when Nikolas was close to tossing Sam over the side? That
scene was hilarious! This upcoming ball had better derail in a tragic fashion early and often.

I dunno about #3....there are a number of rumors that this person will be paired with another in the upcoming future...I don't think we're going to see
a death here.
I know there are a lot of people who don't like #1...but I always have. |
