Then they just had the southern i.e. racist landlord lady shooing away the black guy/Indian chick and then laying into blue shirt cavedude about the grunting? I bet that was left over from the Atlanta original. Without the makeup and wigs, this is simply standard King of Queens/Everyone Love Raymond lowbrow sitcom fare. (See what I did there? Lowbrow? Posts: 5864 (10/02/07 6:51 PM) Registered User Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	A few random thoughts and comments after sitting through this: 1) If this was the improvement what was the original pilot; 22 minutes of them smearing feces on walls? 2) I actually half-expected ABC to pull it off the air midway through the broadcast and replace it with a re-run of Joanie Loves Chachi in hopes of getting some audience back. 3) I watched it on DVR but almost watched the commericals in hopes of delaying the continued torture. 4) (and this is the BIG one): ARE YOU TELLING ME THAT GODDAMNED ABC CANCELED "KNIGHTS OF PROSPERITY" BUT FOUND ROOM FOR THIS ON THE DAMN FALL SCHEDULE?!?!?!?!?!?

(albert loves his espresso but he hates a "starbucks" et, al.) when the out of town cavedude ordered a coffee and a donut, and the yuppy (is that still a word?) caveman had to translate it to "an americano and a ???" for the ditz waitress. i think i laughed in my mouth a little bit. i like the yuppy caveman. i was expecting a trainwreck. there was nothing else in the timeslot. i watched. eh... so, "the big bang theory" or "big shots" was so much worse? tuesday is so underloaded unless you are into fat fucks or d-list's that dance. this just might make a few weeks...
