Not sure if Todd would be considered temple worthy, and doubt he has garments. He would never get past his interviewI have more than one gay friend who's travelled to Salt Lake City on business and they assure me that they have removed "garments" off more than one hookup while there

Actually, I remember hearing once that SLC had a very high gay population (per capita). Which I think is especially cool 'cause it pisses off the Mormons.
If Todd can't handle Pleasant Grove, he could just move up to the city. (And it's closer to the airport.)

I'd like to recommend a movie I lived about a gay mormon missionary who falls in love with a West Hollywood party boy.
I was very moved by Steven Sandvoss' hearttugging performance of the missionary in Latter Days. |

Yeah, the Mormon church doesn't like homosexuality, but then, how many Judeo-Christian churches do?
And as for 'curing' homosexuality, I have a friend who went through their whole deprogramming, electroshock and medication bullshit. She was shown lesbian porn while being injected with some drug which made her nauseous. Then they showed her 'normal' porn without the drugs. I guess they hoped she'd suddenly love getting gang banged by a bunch of ugly old guys because she wasn't sick to her stomach any more. Needless to say, the 'Clockwork Orange' method didn't work, she's still a dyke. This was about 12 years ago, so I don't know if it still goes on. I think not, but who knows? I wonder if the Mormon church will drag Todd kicking and screaming off to a 'facility' in Provo while Beethoven's 9th plays joyously in the background. |
