I thought it was odd that after Jenah told Tyra she had quit smoking because of the photoshoot, she and Sarah were the ones that looked the most horrified when
Tyra proclaimed it was a non-smoking cycle.
Was she planning on just quitting for a week or something? |

Because even though she may quit smoking, she probably predicted she'd fall off the wagon at least once. With Tyra banning it forever, if she falls off
she's afraid of being DQd.

Mila had a round greasy face and knees like pumpkins. What the airbrush crew did to her legs on that picture was heroic - Tyra can't afford a retouchers
strike, so Mila had to go. Not a surprise.

Maybe it's just me, but I thought Mila had a very peculiar face....but peculiar as in interesting. I definetly thought she would last a few more boots for
that alone, but she was pretty boring. Tyra likes the crazies

*Mila was cannon fodder that had no shot at all. I was shocked that Tyra didn't keep her around a bit longer to try and make her cry since you know that
was a goal of hers but whatever. She shouldn't have ever made the season and someone needs to tell Mila to stop using black eyeliner all around her eyes
b/c it makes her look bad and emphasizes how small they are. She should use only liner on the top and start at the middle of her eyes and use brown. It would
do a world of good.
* When I see Janet, all I can see is the actress, Carolyn Hennesy b/c she doesn't look similar, she looks like she is the same exact person from every angle just a younger version. * I don't think Sarah is pretty at all or at least not should have made the show pretty. To me, she is cannon fodder but I don't think Tyra and Co see her that way. Her face is squished up and pug like and her nose is really weird. Look at it in the opening..her face w/ her hair pulled back is nothing to write home about and I hated her photo this week. |

So the first episode was kind of a bust, with the exception of the Bianca/Lisa verbal smackdown. My friends and I now call Bianca Strategic for her
"brilliant" move of placating Lisa so she wouldn't mouth off at panel and hurt Bianca's chances of becoming America's Next Top Model.
The plan is brilliant except that Bianca admitted ot being duplitous and not heartfelt about her apology. Do these girls not realize that when they admit to
being bitches they will not win? I can only deduce that Bianca realizes she's not going to win and essentially is tryign to get the most screen time.
So my early favorites are Lisa, Saliesha, Horseface, Ebony, and Asbergers. Chantal is shades of Rebecca, cycle 6. I thought she had promise but then she looked so lifeless and wooden in her photo that she lost me. She's one of four girls still left in the competition with model like proportions, though I don't know exactly how tall she is. |
