The only reason the producers did that so that America could have a vote on the jury. That's a lie!!! They also did it because Kail was a liability who already said she wanted to DOR at the eviction the week before. And presumably because Grodner has a hard-on for repulsive guys.

Those were voluntary actions and a silly way to play AP. No one told him to do that and America did not vote for him to lie to his alliance. If he felt the need to join the group consensus, which was crazy enough, he should have came up with a reason why he voted the way he did instead of letting others take the blame for the votes. I never understood why he lied like he did. It wasn't at all necessary and just made everyone paranoid. I think Eric, and all the other HGs and their collective fans, have to take the blame for their own actions in the house and stop finger pointing. I agree he was dealt a particular hand, but it is the way he chose to play it that lost him the game. eta: And he still might have won the game had he had won an HOH or POV during the end game.
