Why did Shawn's family have to die?
I missed the first 20 minutes why did Isabelle die near the end? I mean besides being an annoying and bitchy (although if people died for that...)

Shawn's little brother has always been a little shit. Good riddance. Sometimes you younger siblings need to just the accept the fact that you'll never
be as special as the oldest child.

Oh I thought he was a little shit too. As soon as he said Shawn having an ability wasn't fair, it cemented my hate for him.
But killing him off? |

Well there are no people of color in the 4400. All of them were killed in the finale. Well I guess that still leaves Isabelle's father, Richard.
Hopefully, they'll bring him back. Kyle sure got over Isabelle's death real quick. And what happened to his shaman sidekick? She completely
disappeared from the show. I'm sad about Isabelle. I really grew to like her character and her abilities were kick ass. Though the fight sequence at the
end was kind of bullshit. Why Isabelle didn't just kill on sight was kind of odd. I also wonder if Isabelle really did die because she does have the
power to heal herself. But I'm pretty sure she's dead.

I feel bad for Diana. If things go the way Jordan wants, she could end up being the only non-positive in the world. Talk about an inferiority complex!

There was a time when everyone thought Jordan was dead, but then he rose from the dead. Won't surprise me a bit if Isabelle suddenly is alive again.
Interesting the shot of the Shaun, Tom, and Kyle at the gravesite. Saying they were going to come together as a family, yet each representing the three different sides that are opposed. It shows how they all have something in common, just different views on how things should be. |

can the writers please make up their mine...keep Isabelle or not?? I liked her, so I was kind of bummed that she died(for now ;)
sean's brother annoyed me too...but I did cry when he died...he just wanted to be like his brother

I think Isabelle's death will stick this time. She was barely an afterthought for Jordan or Kyle. It seems that her sacrifice was necessary to put
everything in motion. And because she has no role in the book I doubt she'll come back, unless she like the phoenix.

The turning things into flowers ability....
LAMEST.ABILITY.EVER. I like Marco's ability. He can apparate....all Harry Potter like!

We had to laugh out loud at Marco. Hubby said "Maybe his ability will be to have projectors shoot through him." ('cause Marco's always in
that dark room projecting something up on the wall.) I said "Maybe he'll be able to project things himself!" But instead he's able to
project himself into an image. Cool ability for a change.
Much better than turning pens into flowers. Do keyboards become shrubbery? |

Did someone request a shrubbery?

As for pens = flowers. I think since the future specifically chose the 4400 to give ability to (since their bodies react different to the chemical) now that everybody has them has completely random and/or crappy as fuck powers. |

Very cool last episode. This season was a BIG resurgance for this show ideawise. I could even forgive the illogic of promicin spreading through the air. I
kinda hoped it would spread further. I was a bit dissappointed at the 22,000 exposed (11,000 dead). I thought with a place as big as Seattle that the numbers
would be much bigger.
I also felt a bit bummed for Diana too - I kept thinking "she's the ONLY one to not get an ability? Lame." But, it did make sense, since she was the key to stopping the spread. The guy who plays Tom is really good. He plays evil and good both so well. I really enjoyed him all season. I was glad to see Isabell finally go. Now that I read the other posts, I realize it all might just be a tease. Oh well. The idea of her character is good. The carry through by that actress just isn't. Maybe they can recast the part? |

When I saw that pen turn into a flower, I momentarily thought it was a nothing power. However, if someone is pointing a gun at her.....suddenly....they're
holding a....Tulip.......Hmmmmmmmm.

Speaking of crappy powers....it cracks me up that Kyle's power is a redhead who hangs around telling him what to do (my husband jokes that he already has that power ha ha)....it's weird they didn't show her in the finale episode (or did I miss an epi?)....we really don't know if she's good or evil |

So what was the other ntac guy's ability? Creating a twin? How many times would he be able to clone himself?

CANCELLED !
To all the wonderful fans of The 4400
It's with great sadness that I pass along to you the information I've just received -- The 4400 has been cancelled. We've had a great time bringing you this story and submersing you in the lives of all these incredible characters. Thank you especially to the folks on the board here whose tireless devotion to the show is nothing short of remarkable. Shout out to Bubba, by the way! I love your posts, man. I just spoke to Joel and we had a great talk about what we all accomplished and how much we'll miss our family that is our crew and our cast... and our fans. But at least we got to go out with a bang! I had an awesome time directing the last episode. I think I got to make almost every single cast member cry (on camera). How much fun was that?! So let me raise my metaphorical glass to you all and thank you for being so loyal and so dedicated. I wish we could go on forever, but the party has come to an end. Be well and on behalf of all of us at The 4400 -- thank you, it's been a pleasure. Scott Peters Creator / Executive Producer The 4400 http://forums.usanetwork.com/index.php?showtopic=395858 |
