I must have bad spectator mojo. Almost every single time I watch a team I like on tv or attend in person, my team loses. Even when they are expected to win.
It's been like this for the last 5 years. Did I break some sports superstition. Do I need to do a dance around some chicken bones during the next full
moon?
Mr. Shorty and I just left a high school football game. We were winning 14-7. I just had surgery on my leg so we had to leave early right before half time. Ok, we get home, switch the tv on and just since we left the game, now the score is 35-14 our favor. It only takes us 15 minutes to get home! wtf? It's like my presence sucks the ability out of any team. If I leave, they regain their power. I am the like scissors to their Samson.
Usually we lose if I'm watching. Even if we were ahead. Our high school team WAS #1 in the state and it was listed as SI's #15 in the nation. Last week we were slated to win and lost by 1 point in overtime. I was watching. Any college or pro team I like...and I'm not a rabid fan of anyone, but if I decide to tune in watch, whatever team I'm rooting for LOSES. They can be ahead, but as soon as I tune in they begin to tank. My kids have started asking me to quit coming or quit watching. lol
For a reasonable fee I can start tuning in to whatever team you want to meet your betting needs. ywia
