It "looks" like you can do it online, but after you fill out the online form it tells you to call the number. Then they drill you why your making a
mistake to cancel their outstanding service.

I cancelled last week, but the woman kept me for an hour before actualling getting rid of the account. She tried to talk me into keeping the service because there were gonna be interviews with "Janelly" and "Kuh-ZAHR". It was obvious she had no clue what Big Brother even is. |

I love the run-around Real gives you when you try to cancel.
But first........you might want to take advantage of the free game download or RealArcade. No really. I got mine last season & still play it regularly. Gold Miner. Love that game. When you cancel Real be sure to cancel RealArcade too though. And don't forget your free music downloads on RealJukebox. Same thing applies there too. But at least you get some freebies while paying for the feeds. Also, Real says they will be repeating the live feeds as soon as the finale is over so if you were like me & missed a lot the first couple of weeks it would be fun to re-watch those with a new perspective. I hung around last season & was surprized at how much I missed the first time. We even kept a thread running here so we could discuss what would be coming up & laugh together as we BB decompressed slowly. It was lots of fun. There. Now that I've performed Sanjid's job for him, you can tell him that no thanks, Fluffy already told you what you were missing so just skip ahead to the cancel part, thank you very much. |

I hate it when they make it difficult to cancel. I will have to adopt the same technique I use with cold callers and ask them if they are willing to accept
Jesus into their lives. I'll tell them that I won't cancel if they shout "Hallelujah I love me some Jesus!"at the top of their lungs and
renounce all other religions. Or something.

LOL. I don't have a problem at all with these people. I find if you just cut them off rudely and say "I want to cancel and nothing you can say is
going to make me change my mind" that speeds things up a lot.

If you use a Pre Paid Credit Card..........You do not need to Ever call them. They will send You Emails asking You to give them money.
