renting is better than owning? LOL. That's like saying lighting your money on fire is better than investing it

If Dani wins $500,000, as Dick get $50,000. Dick may blow it in few months, Dani can't share her 500K with him against BB rules. Dick may go back to his trailer park....

I enjoyed watching him cook tonight. Dude has mad skillz. His chopping was perfection. He even had that chefy sautee pan flipping thing going. I was
frothing at the mouth wanting a taste so bad.
He was cute. He said, "I'm not a cook at all. I just play one on TV." To this day my sweet, old mom makes his roasted potatos & they are nirvana-like. I could see him as the hip Chef Ramsay. Wonder how he would have treated Asianberry? Maybe dumped some chicken stock over his head everytime he bawled. |

Care to share the potato recipe, QSF?
I would very much appreciate that!
Congratulations to Evel Dick and Danielle... the best final 2 ever! They deserve this... I just hope they don't drive one another crazy these remaining few days.

does dick use rosemary in his potatoes? i think i do them very much the same. i just cut them in chunks with very coarsely chopped onions, and some diced
garlic, toss with olive oil and salt and pepper. i roast them at 400 for about 35 minutes or til they're done.
then what I do is grate some parmesan on them and run them under the broiler until they're brown and bubbly. i felt sorry for him using that plastic knife, but he definitely knows what he's doing in the kitchen. did his mom teach him that shit? |

But the potatos took longer to cook than I thought they would.Mom tried cutting them in smaller wedgelets & they cooked faster. Bluenoser, there really wasn't much of a recipe. We just watched him make them one night thinking he was making potato salad & he wound up tossing all the potato wedges (skin on) in a light coating of olive oil & seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder & fresh rosemary. Line them in a baking pan & roast till done. The outside gets crispy on the bottom & browned on the top. They are fabulous. A great side. eta: die, yours sound delish too! I love Parm grated on anything.
