Frivolous Civil Suit Recently Filed against MTV Star "Evel Dick"

Former reality TV star Danielle Donato, 21, has filed a civil suit in Los Angeles seeking half the earnings of her father, "Evel Dick" Donato, star of "Love Me Some Dick," currently the no. 1 rated talk show in the nation, which airs daily on MTV. According to court papers filed, the Donatos had an oral agreement to split all winnings from the show Big Brother 8. The papers further indicate that while Danielle won the $500,000 on Big Brother, and did not split it with her Dad at the time, she is willing to deduct half this amount from the court's award of half of her father's earnings (currently estimated at approx. $33M), in accordance with the verbal promise her dad made on national television to split half their winnings, since she already spent hers on a recent trip to Europe and a Disney tour. While Ms. Donato's attorney (Howard Stern of Anna Nicole Smith fame) admits that Dick's earning are technically not "winnings", he claims in court papers that Dick would have never become the tv star he is, had his daughter not won the show and carried her Dad to the finale. When asked to comment, Danielle said "This is just so frustrating and unfair. My Dad knows that without me he would not be making all that money. It's just rude that he refuses to give me half, after he made me look like such a brat on tv and ruined my life." Evel Dick says he is shocked by these events and that he never even heard from his daughter after she won the money and ran off to Europe, despite repeated attempts to contact her, until very recently. "She called me about two weeks ago and said she was broke and I should give her half my earnings because I made her a deal on the show. I've had enough of her crap at this point, so I just told her to Fuck Off." Danielle was recently fired from her job at Hooters for repeatedly rolling her eyes at customers, and dumping a plate of hot wings on a party of 5 when asked if she could get them an autographed photo of her Dad, according to her former boss, Zach Swerdzewski, the current manager at Hooters in Huntington Beach, who also appeared as a contestant on Big Brother 8.
