Oh no, I was hoping it was Ilan for being such a douche all the time. Poor Josie.

I hope the police catch the scumbags who did this to her. X But apparently, the police had an opportunity to make arrests and didn't. This kind of shit makes me sick. Poor Josie.

I didn't know Josie played women's full tackle football. I wonder what position she played? Though I don't have the body type for it (way too
skinny!), I went to the Inedependent Women's Football League website and checked out their mission statement. Very interesting--it doesn't pay
salaries but there are prizes for certain athletic achievements:

Any guesses as to who will get the boot tonight?
I was just on the bravo site, and the top or chop poll is really interesting -- it's showing Hung and Sara tied at 57% chop next, then it's Brian, Dale, CJ, then Casey. It's nearly opposite of my personal chop list -- I think Hung will be in the final two, and I don't see Casey nor CJ in the final two at all. |

Yes, the top/chop poll was surprising--Hung and Sara are as you said, Brian and Dale are also both closely behind to be chopped, and CJ and Casey are heavily
favored. I like CJ, and haven't fallen for the diss-my-fellow-cheftestants edit he's been getting lately, but Hung has always been my favorite (though
I loathe his bud, the Wolverine). I realize that, with my current-cycle faves being Hung (Top Chef), Todd (Design Star), and Evil Dick/Dani (BB8), I'm
swiftly getting a reputation for favoring assholes. I was laughing about this with my "oldest girlfriend" (as she would put it, the "girlfriend
Veil's had the longest, but not necessarily Veil's oldest girlfriend"), and she observed "Well, you
are with Mr. Veil...."

I keep forgetting there is a Casey.
My guess is Dale will leave next, then eventually the F3 will be Sara, Brian, and Hung. Speaking of Dale, someone posted this in his thread at TWOP:

I have the marathon on while making dinner, and MUCH HUNG LOVE for his behavior during part 2 of Restaurant Wars. Once Howie is done shucking (somewhat more
slowly than seafood chef Brian) the oysters and Sara M. is about to start dicing her onions, Hung is madly wiping down her station to clear it for her. Then
he breaks down 4 chickens in (according to Sara M.) 2 minutes, and Chef T. really seems impressed. Hung kept his excellent app from the night before (a
modification of tuna nicoise) and--though you just know (given his natural arrogance) he thinks he's a vastly better chef than Sara
M.--because she's exec. chef, he's running around asking "What do you need, Chef? What do you need?"

I never really see Hung as an "asshole", even though he apparently wanted people to think that. I see him more as (slightly) immature in thinking
that playing up the token asshole part would be fun. I also suspect a lot of people dislike him for his association with Marcel (whom I didn't like at
all, now there's a natural born asshole
).
I'd like to see either Casey or CJ (he's the real asshole of this season, IMO) get the boot tonight, but I have this feeling that it'll be either Casey or Brian, possibly Dale. I think CJ will either get lucky (again) or worm his way out of being eliminated again for now. My gut also tells me Sara will outlast Casey....we shall see.

Casey's going. This year it's so all over the board. Just when you like someone, they're gone. Good one week - out the next. We're going to be
left with Hung and CJ or Sara - I know it.

Love Dale's "Sleazy" T-shirt.
"Everyone knows Padma loves alcohol. And mascarpone." OMG. what a crappy prize--a copy of Padma's fucking cookbook! Dale, re the many Continental flight attendants who will judge their food: "Kind of like the ants from Tom and Jerry".

At this point i'd be fine with a Casey, Brian or Hung victory.
It better not be CJ or Sara. |

No, that was CJ's dish. Re Hung's, Bourdain said: "Perfectly cooked."

Yeah, they really seemed to like Hungs dish. And Caseys, so much for the guy who got the impression she would be the one leaving.

The judges liked Casey's dish! (Although, yeah, cauliflower not something I'd ever want to put in an easy-to-eat airplane meal.)
Yeah, they really seemed to like Hungs dish. And Caseys, so much for the guy who got the impression she would be the one leaving.Well, it didn't look like the cauliflower was going well with the general populace, as the judges suspected. And I forget whether it was Harold or Sam's blog that said it, but they were proven correct again: Salmon is to be avoided at all costs.
