Dick, in his very own way, has a code of conduct. I think he takes the "do onto others as they do onto you" creed as his number one philosophy. Living out in Los Angeles, that is a survival code and really necessary. People will eat you alive out there. The standards of behavior out there is very low compared to other places in the US.

Uh, slurring Los Angeles isn't really necessary. Believe it or not, we have nice people out here too, and the golden rule still applies. We even have people living here of character and integrity and intelligence. We have people who treat other people they way they wish to be treated, are friendly, loyal and faithful in their relationships. We also have people who help each other and are good neighbors and work collaboratively in teamwork, just like everywhere else.

Furthermore, I'll bet 95% of the time the weather is better here than where you are.

I agree with both statements as overviews, but disagree with them in principle as absolutes.

There is no plausible way we can make absolute judgements on people we do not 'know'. Waching them on the internet does not constitute a relationship,seeing as what we are doing is voyeurism. There is no interaction, sharing of ideas, thoughts, or comaraderie. We are seeing and knowing their 'game face' and 'game personality'. Everything is magnified and intensified because of the environment they are in.

I don't hate any of the HG's, although I am appalled by certain behaviours of all of them,but I balance it out as game play. I do not for one minute think they are all horrible people outside the BB House, although inside I sometimes think the gates of hell have opened and the demons are frollicking amongst us
