They aren't kidding about the heat at Bristol... I've been to 3 night races and it's pretty brutal all weekend. Saw Tony, JR and Ears win. Got a
buddy there now and she is melting. Glad I'll be watching on the couch this year.

Only 90 here today, but the humidity is a killer. It's storming out now, and I have to figure out where my a/c is leaking from. Yay me. At least the a/c
is working, though. Can't get it fixed until Monday (the leak, that is).
I may miss the race tomorrow night. I am babysitting the littlest nephew sniffles. He's going to make me watch one of his movies that he's seen 100 times already AGAIN, I just know it.  I need to get him into racing and rooting against HoMoS.

sniff, I MAKE my nieces watch races sometimes under the premise that I will watch The Suite Life Of Zack And Cody on Disney. It is slowly killing brain cells and sadly I find myself saying "we've seen this one." (p/s those twins are getting fat as hell) kill me now. |

The nephew likes Pokemon. ::vomit He's 5. I don't know what he sees in it. I did, however, get him to watch Flushed Away that I bought him the last
time I babysat him. I will do my darndest to get him to watch racing but he'll probably want me to play some games he'll cheat at anyway.

Sniff, did you get hit by any of the storms last night?
We think there was a tornado that touched down about 4 miles from here... And all teh damage up in Brighton/Howell - I was just there on Sunday. Eeks! I dogsat last night and my friends cable was out  so I didn't watch the Busch race that Krabs won *puke*, and that NA$CAR fucked Shrub up on...

Undies, not really. There was magenta, MAGENTA!!! on the radar the weathermen said was creeping up I-94 toward New Baltimore, but all I got was thunder,
lightening, and heavy rain. I feel ripped off. My mom called to see if I was okay.
I answered, oh are there warnings or something?
I was going to go into work today, but decided to wait until tomorrow. Gina, I'm jealous of your vacation!!!! This is my busy time of the year, so I couldn't have a day off for the next 2-3 weeks unless I was dying. |

We had Magenta on the radar - Chuck Gaidaica kept showing "oh, and um, in Monroe County there's magenta" We're an afterthought even though
Monroe's been on the news TWICE this week, once the opening story!
