I have to be fair. Zach did just offer Jen a piece of some kind of food. To her credit, she said that she would wait until Jameka goes into the DR. She asks Zach to talk to her so that she can explain herself and that she isn't campaigning for her vote. He said that he respects the rules, but he does give her his ear. Equates her cheating to people who cheat at World of Warcraft online. She goes into why she destroyed his cigs. Amber is hanging around and listening. Zach gives her the courtesy of listening to her, and doesn't blow her off. It may be just to get her jury vote, but at least he isn't abusing her. He is now talking again about WOW. Apparently Jen plays as well. He then brings up sequester. Jen said she would be bored sitting for a month waiting for the show to end. Zach tells her that is selfish. He makes some good points about how it is her duty to see this through and that if she made it to the end, the others would have the same duty. He's making sense and not being condescending or mean. This is how she should be schooled. Not called every name in the book.

Wow, I think she was serious before when she said she would vote for Daniele because she and Dick are the only ones who have done anything to deserve the money. Zach said "That you have seen". He even then says that she should vote that way in the end if she feels that way. He's really selling the duty of being on the jury.
