So who else has to start all over? I'm contemplating making a request to have my post count renewed but with
everything in my life nothing goes as I would like it to go.
Anyone else starting over? What are your feelings on that? |

it's not really a big deal. i didn't care before i came here. i think it's more about all
the time you took out of work to make that post that makes you want it back.

I was surprised to see my "hard earned" 700+ Sucks posts drop to zero when the transfer happened, but it's not a big deal.

The post count used to help identify newbies. Some folks like to flame newbies, and some folks like to cut 'em a little slack. If the count resets, you
can't tell whether a nic you don't recognize is new or not.
I have no idea why my post count came over and other's didn't, but I'm glad it did.

I was happy to see my post count was intact. It took me 5 years to get to 500. I have a big 1000 post celebration planned for 2012 that I thought I might
have to cancel. All of my family and friends are coming, it would have broken my heart to cancel.
