So this is a Stephen King adaptation with David E Kelly (Boston Legal, Picket Fences) writing for it. It's on the Direct TV channel and it follows the story of a retired cop haunted by a crime. The crime in question...a guy in a clown mask runs through a crowd and kills 16 people. Now the killer is taunted the retired cop...so why is this show good.
Sex....seriously this is one of the most sexually dark and cynical shows you will likely see this year. It's also less of a who-dun-it and more of a why they done it as the cop and Mr Mercedes are dealing with their own parallel miserable lives. It's a depressing but also salacious show, definitely worth tracking down.
