me too, i dont even watch this show outside of clips and random episodes but have read all of this and JasonSiskaLulz's ranking. (Got me through like 3 shifts at my boring part time job lol) You guys are both great writers and honestly are doing a service by in a way documenting BBUK history through a sucks lense. So yea, thanks I guess haha
I would add "being validated by being called an All Star (y'know, on the level of Nicole McLean or Jasmine...which of the Jasmines was it again?) and feeling he had to live up to it" and "increasingly poorly managed alcoholism".
I always think highly of QWs intelligence and ability to read a room, even on the Internet.
With that said, everyone's opinion of me will drop further because I did not mind Austin as much, mainly because he's so attractive. I guess I have a shallow side but oh well. I do think personality wise he kind of sucks and his eviction was good tv but overall I did not mind him.
I think Austin is so hot and I'd still do him in a heartbeat even though he's off his rocker.
Honestly, I do think there is a spark of goodness somewhere deep inside Austin; I'm more than willing to help seek it out.
He tried to make Speidi out to be the Farrah in this series -- immediately plotting against them and trying to get others on side (and starting that ridiculous argument over Speidi having a couple of bottles of water by their bed); but Speidi were very subdued this series and were generally well liked in the house -- so it backfired on him.
He could've have a bromance with Jedward -- but I think he found them annoying and he doesn't particularly like twinks.
All I have to say about Austin is BYE YOU DIPSHIT!

James Barber wrote:It seems like James wasn't even on this series - it's hard sometimes to remember that this isn't one of those grotesquely, soul-crushingly endless years like BB7 and BB8, not because this series was soul-crushing, just because it seems like some people and places happened ages ago or never happened at all.
I mostly remember James this time around for being the setup for the dramas that would consume the second/much better half - his fight with Kim where he mocked her as a cleaner (the resulting "she IS a cleaner he isn't insulting her!/good luck with your cleaners from now on you knob" arguments on DS were one of the more entertaining diversions there this time around), and his being put out to slaughter by Jamie O'Hara for burning his hands in the vacuous "mint banter" by calling him a washed-up footballer after Jamie called him a washed-up dancer.
And looking at the Daily Mail article as a memory jog reminds me of this Kim quote that pretty much sums James up:
You're a rude nasty man, who's a good dancer, who's ruined his career by being so rude...
