We caught the end of White Christmas last night and liked it so we looked around and found the series on Netflix. We watched the first two episodes last night. I think I liked it more than my husband but I thought it was excellent. But depressing as hell. I liked the first episode better than the second but both were good. I'm planning on watching more and I also need to see the beginning of White Christmas. Whenever I stumble on a show I really like I come to OSTS to see if there's a thread.

Especially because I think 5 of the 6 episodes in series 1 and 2 are really good.
Kinda feel that they were planning on three episodes and realized some of the plots didn't have enough in them to stretch that far so mixed it into one like this. I could be wrong. I know that there was that rumor about a full season coming out and then we got this instead. And I really liked that first storyline myself. The second one was my least favorite if I had to choose.

Charlie Brooker has confirmed that Black Mirror will be back
for a third series – but said there had been 'a hitch, a slight delay'
in bringing new episodes to the screen.
The series has previously run for two runs of three episodes – but Brooker says the broadcast of the third batch will be split.
to his 10 O'Clock Show co-presenter Lauren Laverne on her 6 Music show
today, Brooker confirmed: 'There’s definitely going to be more...
'There’s going to be some and then there’s going to be some more – you’ll get one helping and then there’ll be another helping.'
he added that the hold-up presented an unwelcome problem for his darkly
futuristic series, as reality caught up with his fiction.
frustrating thing about there being a delay a show like that is that
quite often, the things you’re writing about then come true,' he said.
'I’ve noticed that there was an idea I had, and there’s something very
similar that seems to have happened in real life.
'I don't want to jinx it by saying what it is, but I have to go away and think [of how to resolve it].'
Brooker was speaking to promote his new series of Wipe, which starts on BBC Two at 10pm tonight.
