Posts: 1149 (05/18/06 1:49 PM) Registered User Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	you'll have plenty of time to watch season 2, but you may have to wait 7 episodes into season 3. i read somewhere that due to the bitching about repeats, they are airing only 7 episodes in the fall(in succession) and then replacing it with another show. then after christmas, they will continue with new episodes til the end of the season(probably 20 or so in a row.) so if you have to tape the first few episodes if you want to watch season two again so bad, then do it.

Posts: 9 (05/18/06 9:43 PM) Registered User Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	with the entire season being on itunes the day after the finale i dont think abc would be in any rush to release the dvd. sure the picture quality is iffy at best but it is what it is. when you consider that they sell the season on itunes for 50 bucks (+/- a buck or two) i think they would actually make more money than selling the dvd set for 60 after all of the packaging and dvds

I'm sticking with Sept. 27 until ABC puts out an official press release. Cuz they need 13 weeks to run the replacement series, and they want to start the end run of LOST eppys in February. And only SIX eppys will be running in the fall, I believe. And they'll be rerunning the last Season 2 eppys just before the Season 3 premiere--so who needs the DVD prior to it?

Isn't it 7-8-7? That equals to 22 which is the number of episodes most if not all series air in a regular season. Or wait a sec -- is it airing in 3 chunks or 2? "Day Break" doesn't have to air all 13 episodes during Lost's 1st and 2nd break; if anything it could air whatever it doesn't during Lost's 2nd and 3rd break. And if "Lost" only airs in 2 chunks, 7 episodes then 15, 'Break' should have plenty of time to air its 13 episodes in order.

And NO WAY that LOST doesn't start its second half on Feb. 7! Look, there are so many claims as to when LOST starts/stops and when thus-and-so airs, and when Santa Claus leaves for his post-Christmas Tahiti vacation, it ain't worth all this posting space. So why am I posting? Good question! I'll stop now.

If I remember correctly from the last podcast they said they would run 6 or 7 episodes in the early fall with a mini-cliffhanger then run the rest of the season without any reruns. That's about all we know. All the talk about sweeps is purely conjecture.

That gives "Day Break" 11 weeks to air 11 episodes; it may even air double the episodes to fill time when "The Nine" is in repeats as well. Ya never know. May even air the rest of its episodes on a different night if it becomes a hit, ABC may want to order episodes to fill out the remainder of the season.
