It is not difficult to cook bacon correctly, people. There's so much fat in there that the window for acceptable doneness is large. You have to pretty
much completely forget you left bacon on the grill to cook it so thoroughly that there is no moisture left in the thing and it basically tastes like ash.
And yet my waitress bought me two strips of ash the other day. |

I like my bacon to be black and charred and crumbling to ashes in my mouth. Ooooooohhhh it's so good like that.

Why settle for flavor when you can take comfort in the fact that you're eating fatty pork to give you some meat on them bones. That and choking your

I ate bacon when I was 10-12 years ago. It tasted yummy and delicious. It is too fat.
