1. Cook - Great choice of song, great performance. He knows how to pick random songs and make'em work.
2. Brooke - Still my favorite female, and I just love her. 3. Michael - Finally he stood out! 4. Syesha - Still boring me, but you can't deny the girl has great vocals. 5. Archuleta - Okay, he picked some random "Praise Jesus" song or whatever...but he has a good boice. 6. Ramiele - Why she would pick "Alone", when Carrie clearly owns that song is BEYOND me. But I don't feel the judges gave her enough credit. 7. Carly - Definitely bottom of the pack tonight... 8. Chikezie - Yeah, definitely seemed like a senior citizen up there. 9. Kristy Lee - Way to pander to the Republicans. She should've worn a Confederate flag dress and an Abe Lincoln hat. 10. Jason - I DON'T get it. He doesn't have a good voice. He's that guy who does every open mic night at your local community college. Brain - Chikezie, Kristy Lee, Jason...Jason goes home. Heart - Carly, Kristy Lee, Jason...please, Jason, go home. I can deal with Kristy for one more week. Gut - Ramiele, Syesha, Chikezie...With Chikezie going home. |

1) David C. - so far he's having a Kelly Clarkson run. GAP 2) Carly - not as bad as they said, but that's one of my favorite songs 3) Jason - not a fan, but liked that performance 4) Michael GAP 5) Synosha - one of her best, but not a fan 6) Brooke - disappointing week 7) KKKristy - didn't hate it, cheesy, but one of her best GAP 8) Chikeze 9) Ramiele 10) David A. - what in the holy hell was that. Bad night overall with a few exceptions.
1. David Cook - FANTASTIC...simply fantastic. He's by far the best guy ever on this show. Easily the best this year. Vocals, performance, personality, originality, etc. He really doesn't have anything I can criticize. HUGE GAP 2. Kristy Lee - she can't sing and she sucks but I at least paid attention the whole way through 3. Brooke - my second favorite overall...she'll be a huge star 4. Syesha - her voice is just completely unoriginal...there's no character to it. Her personality seems fake too. 5. David A - he's getting very karaoke and, as Simon would say, self-indulgent 6. Ramiele - I just like her...not a good singer but so very likeable GAP 7. Carly - yawn 8. Jason - could he seem less interested? the whole "I'm not natural on camera" thing is tired 9. Michael - his vibrato bugs me. no originality 10. Chikezie - so so cheesy..finally happy to hear one of the judges say it B/G: Ramiele, Chikezie, Carly - Ramiele goes H: Michael, Chikezie, Syesha - Chikezie goes |

1. David Cook - I was worried when I read the spoiler, but it was a good choice.
2. Michael - Where the hell has that been hiding? 3. Chikieze - I don't give a fuck if he's a throwback. He sounded damn good to me. 4. Syesha - She nailed this song and didn't screech. Good enough for 4th from me. 5. Jason - Man, I wanted a pretentious coffee beverage to go along with that. 6. Brooke - Ick false start. Shitty arrangement. Vocally okay 7. Wow-it's amazing how so many people rate based on what the judges say.
Have a backbone for once! 1. David Cook: outstanding-never know what he's going to pull out of the air and make it work. 2. Carly Smithson: No matter what Simon and Randy say and how they are trying to sabotage her because of her release that never sold, she KICKED ass with the perfect song choice. Unfortunately, it isn't going to matter. 3. Michael Johns: great job, came out of his shell, he's back (for now) 4. Kristy Lee Cook: safe choice, but she actually did VERY well 5. Syesha Mercado: she did okay-good vocals but pitchy in spots but overall not bad 6. Brooke White: Decent job, not bad, not spectacular like when she did "Let It Be" 7. Chikeze: Nothing to write home about, but just wasn't awful 8. David Archuleta: Horribly cheesy, dumb song, very amateur-saved by the fact that the other 2 were just bad 9. Jason Castro: I agree that he sounded like a homeless person in the subway trying to get donations 10. Ramielle Malubay: She's a sweetheart, but she's in WAY over her head at this point. She just doesn't have a nitch and has no real connection to the songs she is singing. Brain: Jason, Ramielle, Chikeze: this would make the most sense considering the performances and how much of a following David A has and how well Kristy did this week Heart: David A, Jason, Kristy: with the lucky saves in the past 2 weeks for Kristy, it seems to be the right time; plus with David's performance, it seems right for him to get a chance in the bottom 3 Gut: Carly, Kristy, Ramielle; the judges will have their way and the controversy surrounding Carly will be over-Nigel wants this headache behind him |
