So I as some of you know I was a finalist for Cook Islands. After Cook Islands I called Ellen Davis and inquired about the next few shows even offering to donate my winnings to charity unless I make the Right of Passage episode if they give me a chance to play. She tells me Thanks but give up on it because its not happening.
So I host the Castaways event in December and just before that I decide I'm going to write my official letter notifying SEG to discard my application and no longer consider me for the show.
Up to this point I had been selected 3 different times by 3 different casting associates. I decide to reapply in January just to see what happend. I'm in Florida on Feb 14th and I get a call from Jessie from Survivor. They love my application and think I would be awesome for the show. :) That's number 4. After 30 minutes of him stroking me I tell him that I was a finalist for Cook Islands and that I had sent in my letter removing my past applications for consideration. He told me that they never had anyone ever do that. I told him that since I turned 40 life has changed and I no longer felt that my past applications represented me correctly. (Big gamble) So he says that he has to speak with Ellen and Lynne because this is a different situation and he would call me back in two days. I waited a week and he never called back so I called Ellen stating my case for reconsideration. She never called back. I called again this morning, three weeks after the initial call. Jessie calls me this morning and tells me that Ellen and Lynne nixed it.
That's bullshit! Fuck them.
I am pissed. 4 times by 4 different CA's and they have the balls to say no without even a call back from Ellen or Lynne.
