able to take a bunch of raunchy snapshots of her. I'm currently in negotiation with two internet photo outlets for sale of the photos. You should hear

I believe you're wrong. Confidentiality agreements don't have to be signed or half of the male population of the US would be selling photos of their ex's to Penthouse or some other porn magazine. Yes, Probst, you can sue for eyeball and emotional damages. ; ) |

He took the pictures in a public setting. He owns the content and can try to sell them if he wants. Paparazzi do it all the time. |

Paparazzi also get sued for selling naked pictures to tabloid magazines and the celebs usually win those cases. He may own the content and it may be in a
public setting (if this story is actually true), but he still doesn't have the legal right to sell naked photos of her. That would be falling down a very
slippery legal slope.
