...there wouldn't be a 16th season right now. He and Rupert revived the show in season 7 (along with a pretty good cast, in general). As you watch the rest
of this season, just remember that you wouldn't have any Survivor to watch if it weren't for him and Rupert -- one of the top three Survivor winners
ever.

Anyway, there wouldn't be a 16th season without JFP or Rupert. That's the point. |

Cirie did revitalize the show again in season 12. But there wouldn't have been a season 12 without JFP and Rupert saving Survivor five seasons before that.

But the point is, Survivor's future was uncertain a few years ago. JFP and Rupert guaranteed it several more seasons. |

Let it be known that Heidi the Mastermind saved Survivor several months before anyone even knew who Rupert or Fairplay were!!
