I've looked around the boards and can't find an answer to what would have happened in the event of a tie when the HG voted for either the Mystery HG
or James.
Would the Mystery HG got to come back based on the tiebreaker being America voted them in? Nothing was mentioned about it.
Anyone with an answer or where to find it? Thanks

I think it was Sheila that said if it had come to a tie the producers would have decided which one to bring back.
eta: Don't know if that's a fact or something that Sheila dreamed up in her during her "light bulb" moment.

There was an extra spot on the Disco Ball contraption that could have held another chain for another competitor. I think they were anticipating a tie and had
it set up for that, but Natalie's vote took them by surprise.
There was a commercial break in between James being voted back in and him jumping out of the box so I bet there was a crew out in the yard taking down the extra disco ball during that time. |
