I still dont think Miles is a "ghostbuster".

I still believe Miles flipped back in time with his conscious to find out where the money was hidden in that room...not talking to anyone at all. We, as the viewer didnt see Miles jump in and out, like we saw Desmond, so to us it looked as if a ghost was telling him where to go.

This explains why in a split second, Miles' attitude was different. It explains why he seemingly changed his mind in 2 minutes to no longer charge the lady full price (something definitely happened between him going in the room and coming out). and it also explains why the picture frames changed from wood when he was walking up the stairs, to metal after he was coming down the stairs. He changed something subtly in the time-contuum, obviously.

It could be that Miles has figured out a way to jump back in time to OTHER people's consciousness only if they are dead and he does it around the same place they died. That would explain why he had to be where Naomi died, and why he can use the "ghostbusting/ghost whisperer" cover to explain his abilities. But hes not really talking to dead people. He's reliving their past a bit.
