I like Miles, too. Actually I like all of the freighters 'cept Charlotte. I give all characters a chance (even Nikki and Paolo.. oh shut up) so maybe
Charlotte will grow on me.
Speaking of Miles - I'd like to SEE HIM AGAIN! |

Meh. My least fave of the Freighties. He's just angry and PMSy and that gets old real fast. Charlotte finding the Dharma artifact in Tunisia alone made her
more interesting.

When I opened my 2007 1040 tax return booklet to page 14 I was struck that the missing kid poster looked a bit like Miles.

Has anyone figured out what was up with the funky vacuum cleaner? I mean I still haven't figured out what that had to do with the
ghostbuster thing. The last episode he just looked at Michael and knew something was up. No vacuum needed.

Miles is a total slime and I love him for it. I'm sure he'll die before the season is out though.

Every time I see him all I can think of is Chris Tucker saying "I've been lookin for your sweet and sour chicken ass all night!" in Rush Hour.

xeny wrote: I still dont think Miles is a "ghostbuster". I still believe Miles flipped back in time with his conscious to find out where the money was hidden in that room...not talking to anyone at all. We, as the viewer didnt see Miles jump in and out, like we saw Desmond, so to us it looked as if a ghost was telling him where to go. This explains why in a split second, Miles' attitude was different. It explains why he seemingly changed his mind in 2 minutes to no longer charge the lady full price (something definitely happened between him going in the room and coming out). and it also explains why the picture frames changed from wood when he was walking up the stairs, to metal after he was coming down the stairs. He changed something subtly in the time-contuum, obviously. It could be that Miles has figured out a way to jump back in time to OTHER people's consciousness only if they are dead and he does it around the same place they died. That would explain why he had to be where Naomi died, and why he can use the "ghostbusting/ghost whisperer" cover to explain his abilities. But hes not really talking to dead people. He's reliving their past a bit.

Lol, restraining order. I think it's funny to see Sawyer get some of his snark thrown right back at him for once. Still <3 Sawyer of course, don't
get me wrong. But now he's the heroic guy having to deal with a smart ass like Jack was with him in the beginning.

Hopefully Miles gets stuck on the island next season and sticks around, since he's becoming more and more interesting.

I know I'm late with the answer to the vacuum question, but better late than never, right? The vacuum was a portable cold air generator. Apparently when
you add a lot of cold air in the haunted area, the resident ghost is drawn to it. <shrug> I read that somewhere. Anyway, when I watched the episode again
after reading that, I noticed Miles turned on the machine and then started shivering and pulling his jacket tighter around himself.

Do you not watch Ghost Hunters?!? Cold air doesn't draw ghosts. Ghosts create cold air cause they need to suck the energy out of an area to help them
materialize or interact with the living.
Miles has definitely grown on me. Sawyer has met his sarcastic match. |
