There is a good chance Corinne betrays the Onions. She and Randy make for a Demonic Duo.
TT3 apparently finds Sugars HI according to the 'snooping' webclue. -Snooping pays off for a group of Castaways when they find the hidden immunity idol in their tribemate's belongings. This pre-game hint from Jeff regarding the HI stands out: This is the one thing that can keep you safe in the game and yet - if you're not careful - it's the thing that will get you voted out the fastest." Good chance it backfires and Sugar gets it here. They might let Ace & Sugar think he's out, Ace plays the HI, but she gets voted out. The sure way to really get the HI out and dump one of Sugar or Ave is split the votes 2 and 2. That way they tie Ace & Sugar's vote and vote iut who ever doesn't have the HI on the revote. If so we can look forward to more dumb play: "By the time this season is over, you can make the case that maybe this is the dumbest team when it comes to idol play." Whereas The Tribe of 3 made a good choice yesterday, they lucked into Jacquie being an Onion. They might make a few good moves but overall the Onions are way more strategic. TT3 makes some waives but will crash and burn. Even if they bring in Kelly that's not enough.

Likely ONLY players in the minority will be send to look for the idol now. Even if Sugar wastes it, the Kota majority could send Ace to get another idol if
they win RC.
But targeting Sugar is too risky when you can boot Kelly with less risk and get Sugar to waste the idol. |

These are the big players in my mind right now:
MARCUS- definitely looked like he had his finger on the button this week. He looks to be in complete control. Think about that confessional where he says that Randy basically needs to prove himself worthy. He's not saying this to any one else... or any kind of alliance... He is just, matter-of-factly telling us that Randy might leave before Suzie if he sucks in the challenge. He has got to be extremely confident with his place, and rightfully so. Fortunately for Randy, he scored all three goals... RANDY- He looks strong. Not just because of his performance in the challenge. He not being edited as a dislikeable guy. I feel like it would be easy enough for the producers to show us everyone hating on him... but we really haven't seen it. His nastiness seemed to only be in confessionals. He's being shown as a smart guy. That's very good new for him, I think. |

I thought this little tid bit from Jeff's blog was interesting:
"Bob is a worker and a competitor. To leave him up there that long tells me these guys are vulnerable for a smart player to wreak havoc on this game. That was a mistake. They're under estimating him and that means they're not paying attention." |

Who does Probst think should have picked Bob?
Randy? Why would he want someone in a similar niche as himself (older man), but was ranked higher on original Kota? Ken? Why would he want someone in a similar niche as himself (nerd puzzle solver), who is stronger in challenges and was ranked way higher on his original tribe? Dan? Matty? Why would they hand the other tribe an extra very physically strong person right off the bat? They might want Bob on their team, but they couldn't afford to take him as an early pick, they just have to hope to get him later. |

They're under estimating him and that means they're not paying attention. But, they ranked him third most valuable. His tribe is paying attention. |

And yet he was almost dead last to be picked. Not saying there is anything in what Jeff says, only that his comment is interesting given he knows how long Bob
lasts in the game. Just saying.

But his tribe didn't get a chance to pick him. It was always Fang that got to choose a Kota. All they saw was a very skinny, old man. The fact
that he was left standing on the third post, until nearly the end, means, what we knew all along, Fang's are playing Stupid Survivor.

It wasn't even Fang (the tribe). It was an individual, who was formerly one member of Fang. The cleverness of the ranking, followed by this style of
pick-em, is that each person had to weigh their pick - do I want a stronger tribe? OR do I want a tribe where I will be higher in the pecking order?
It was a serious question - who should have picked Bob? Matty? Dan? Randy? Ken? Probst maybe could argue that one of those people made the wrong decision, that they made a tribe so weak that it doesn't matter where they are positioned within it. But he doesn't have any basis to say any of those people disregarded Bob. It would make as much sense to say they over-estimated Bob. (It may also be worth noting that the person who is third most valuable for the first couple of weeks in camp may not be so valuable later on. Bob was great roofing the house. Guess what? The house has a roof. It's not like they're going to open a roofing company and go around to all the other reality show camps making money so they can buy goods at the market.) |

It was a serious question - who should have picked Bob? Matty? Dan? Randy? Ken?Taking things at face value, all they had to go on was the ranking of the tribe. In theory, Matty's choice of Ace (as highest person to pick) made sense. Now, did Dan skip Bob, in favour of Charlie because Marcus told him to? It's a strong possibility; alternatively, Dan skipped Bob because he just came from a dysfunctional tribe with not enough young, strong, men, and he felt a need to over-compensate? Randy, perhaps, could have chosen Bob, because he "appears" to be someone who would be weaker than himself, in terms of boot order. Equal ranking, for a reason, although we know it's for very different reasons, right? Crystal chose Jacque, but booted her... would Bob have been the boot if he'd been in Jacque's place? He was higher on the totem pole than her, yet she proved herself in the challenge. Ken, obviously, made the right choice. Is that the first time someone went against Ace's spoken wishes, lmao. It's impossible to say what the outcome for any of them would have been if Bob had been picked sooner. So, yeah, Jeff's speaking from hindsight knowledge that Bob continues to be a productive member of his tribe, for awhile. Probst maybe could argue that one of those people made the wrong decision, that they made a tribe so weak that it doesn't matter where they are positioned within it.But Challenge wise, Ace and Jacque performed better than Bob at lacrosse (though, arguably, he didn't get a chance to prove anything because Team Marcus/Randy took over). And, Ken choosing Bob over Kelly would have been the downfall of his misfit alliance. (And they, for sure, would have ended up at TC, anyway.) It may also be worth noting that the person who is third most valuable for the first couple of weeks in camp may not be so valuable later on. Bob was great roofing the house. Guess what? The house has a roof.True, but I think he was extremely useful, beyond the roof. However, he is extremely thin; if he makes the merge, he could be a non-challenge threat. |

I keep thinking about Probst's most recent blog where he says Jacquie was boring. He thought that Randy and Ace are much more interesting. Jacquie
didn't even have a story. Poof! She's gone. This makes me think that it's probable that anyone that is deemed by Jeff to be interesting is going to
be gone soon. Jacquie doesn't get a story because it's going to get real boring really soon. I think Randy and Ace are gone in the next few episodes.

I thought the weirdest thing of all was that Probst said Corinne was growing on him despite her not doing much at all in the episode.

Is it me or is there really nothing wrong with Ace? What has he done or said that is even remotely bad?
It seemed the only people who had a problem with Ace (Paloma and Kelly) probably did so because they are completely useless, lazy bitches who have an issue with someone who seems like they may have some leadership skills. |

SUGAR is actually growing in my mind as someone who may be very important for a long time...
Everyone keeps underestimating HER. And SHE finds the HII then has everyone go through her things...Evil... And she wears that leopard or snake-skin print...Then is shown EATING THE APPLE IN EDEN.....So is she Eve or the Serpent? And Corrine is not the Uber-Bitch. Kelly is. Y'know something - Jeff lies like a rug.... Like we didn't know that how many seasons/years in? |
