Has the fear of lawsuits caused them to be incapable of answering a question directly or committing to any course of action?
Also, I've noticed a significant decline in the quality of reading material in the waiting room. I'd rather read Highlights than another issue of
American Baby.

My doctor is so busy he overbooks and you may sit in his waiting room for up to two hours. I HATE that. On the other hand, he's entirely capable of
spending 45 minutes in the examination room just shooting the shit with you, so it's a trade off.

If I ever go to the doctor, it is via the emergency room. Thus I bypass both the waiting and magazines.

I get pissed off because when I have an appointment for 3pm and another person has an appointment for 3:30pm, if the 3:30 person shows up at 3pm right before I
do, then why does he get to go first? I'm the one with the 3pm appointment? Fuckers. I showed up on time. Just because some idiot shows up early, why
should I get screwed on my time.
One things for sure, at a doctor's office, don't ever make the mistake of holding the door or elevator for anyone. They'll end up signing in before you and you're fucked. |
