What's the most you'd spend on a watch? |

I was told $2,000 is way too much, but I've seen so many watches that are well over $10,000

I agree with Nomii. Everyone has cell phones now. I guess a watch would be good if you cant have your cell phone on.

for me.....zero. However, I bought Mr Declined a $2500 watch for Christmas and he ADORES it. It pisses me off when he checks out other watches when he
is shopping. Greedy asshole.

$1,500 Rolex - the cheapest I could find - then again, that was about 12/14 years ago and I still wear it

$150. I've been able to find some nice Swatches for under that, and they're great. The battery-less ones are even better, since you aren't paying
for the Lithium.
And to those of you saying that watches are obsolete, no wonder you all have no sense of style. |

My wrist is so puny that watches make me really uncomfortable.
But I spent like $70 on a watch for Mr. Spectacular once. |

My Sponge Bob watch cost me 20 bucks. That's probably the most I'd spend, since I don't really like the old looking watches.

$14.95.
That's about what a timex water resistant watch costs. No need to spend anything more. |

It's so hard to say.
Right now is a bad time though....the weak dollar has allowed the Swiss to engage in major price gouging over the last year or so. Probably not more than $4000....but I would only spend that to get the Panerai I want. |

I like jewelry and Watches are pretty much the only jewelry men can wear, so I don't have any problem spending money on a good watch. I spent $2500 on
mine, but I'd be willing to spend more if I found one I liked more.
How much do women spend on all their rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, etc.? |
