I didn't see a thread started for this show yet so here it is.
The new season of Galactica starts this Friday and picks up where last seasons shocking cliffhanger left us. Who else is going to be watching? Lets get some discussion going! |

Pretty good ep to start the season with. I wish they hadn't given us another cliff hanger after the way the first season ended. This story looks pretty good though, cylons on the battlestar? Should be interesting.
How the fuck is Starbuck going to get back with the arrow now? |

There has to ba a dead Cylon ship she can pilot somewhere. And how in the hell is Guius (sp?) going to knock up imaginary 6?

I'm pretty sure he knocked up a copy before the attack and she was replaced to get the baby safely away from the battle.
The way it sounded when they were talking I think it's still a fetus. |

I would think that Starbuck and Helo will both find a ship that was able to get them back but the problem now lies with Galactica's jump last week which now leaves SB and H clueless as to where the fleet is.
In regards to the baby situation, I think that there are a couple of possibilities. i doubt that both Boomer and #6 are pregnant. I believe that Boomer is the one that is and that #6 is simply using Gaius as a puppet to further the Cylon agenda, simply because he is gullable but also because he has come into power as Vice President. I would expect to see a lot more of Tom Zarek now that Laura Roslin is out of power. Zarek will likely insist on a sudden election to name a replacement. Col. Tigh is also starting to interest me quite a bit. At first I thought he was very borning and bland but last week's episode allowed him to emerge a bit. suggestions to the writers, use Lt. Gaeda, Dee, and Kally more. Get rid of Chief Tirol. |

I haven't read any spoilers in detail but I understand that a return of the Battlestar Pegasus is coming this season. This time she is commanded by a female which should be interesting. richard Hatch stated that the episode(s) gave a nod to the original series "Living Legend" epsiodes.

Although a lot happened in the last 20 or so minutes, I thought this week's episode was the worst. Lots of just walking around hiding from Cylons, and did Starbuck come out at all? If she did, I bet she walked around, hiding from Cylons.

My God, this show gets better with every single episode. Finally the "old man" is back in charge so hopefully he can straighten out Tigh's mess.
It was sad to see one of the Boomer's die but seeing Kally as a Jack Ruby style assassin was pretty cool and VERY unexpected. Now if we can just get Gaius to figure out who the other 8 Cylons in the fleet are. I bet one is Ellen Tigh and hey, what about Tom Zarek? Seeing the old school Apollo become a cylon would be cool indeed, especially since we have not seen any middle-aged cylons yet. To the producers: Please give Boomer her own spin-off show. Can't get enough of her. |

Do you think Kally is a Cylon? She's been very erratic, and while we can ascribe that to being shell shocked it would also fit in nicely with her being a Cylon. She refused to move during the away team mission, then she threatens Baltar, then she caps Boomer. Now the identity of the other Cylons has clearly been kept under wraps.

I'll bet that Billy Keikeya (Laura Roslyn's aide) is a Cylon. Why would he want to stay behind on the Galactica when Pres Roslyn is trying to escape?
Bring back Laurette Spang as a Cylon. |

That was a pretty good episode. I was dreading another slow moving political episode like the one in the first season when they elected the twelve.
I'm not so sure Kally is a cylon, maybe, but I don't get that feeling from her. I keep thinking Sol's wife is one. Mainly because she is always trying to manipulate like the blonde that is with the doctor. "Let's fight and I'll egg you on, then we can screw like rabid dogs". I'm glad to see Adama back. I thought it was a little too much for him to be walking around and drinking already but I guess that's his character. Sol is much better as a secondary character, not the one leading the charge. I'm not sure if I like the new force on Caprica or not? Yeah I figured there would be some people left over.... but damnit! Starbuck belongs in the cockpit shooting down toasters, not playing basketball with some new love interest. I was hoping she would have found her ride 'off' the planet instead of finding one 'on' the planet. |

Seeing Ellen Tigh as a Cylon would be no shocker at all, thats why I strongly doubt she is one. Someone mentioned Billy as a possibility and that could be the case. The next Cylon model must be one that is one we wouldn't expect.
Candidates for the next exposed Cylon: Tom Zarek Billy Kally (she could have been trying to shut Boomer up) People I would be shocked as shit to see as Cylons: Apollo Starbuck Lt. Gaeda President Roslin who know, with the upcoming Pegasus episodes, we could have some Cylons there. Remember, there are 12 cylon models and we have already seen at least half of them. |

I don't know how many of you have seen it but the first page of the latest TV Guide shows a full page pic of Starbuck and Apollo kissing after she gets back to the fleet.
I knew this would have to happen eventually but I hope it doesn't mean any sort of ongoing thing for them. Starbuck would be much better off with someone else, maybe Helo or Chief Tyrol. |

As soon as Kally was refusing to do the attack I thought she was a Cylon. I can't remember, but was she ever shown attacking a Cylon when they were on kobol? It also would make sense to have her as a back up in case boomer was found out. Someone else who is close to the chief.
I don't think the president is a cylon. too much is wrapped up in her for her to be one. Also I dont think billy is one either. I just think he felt he needed to stay behind to keep an eye on things, and be more of an inside man. |

I haven't heard that one yet. Good episode last night. Have we seen that doctor anywhere else in the fleet? I know I have seen him somewhere but I can't remember if it was this show or another?
