I'm also trying to avoid spoilers with specific episode details, but am happy to jump on the speculation wagon. Dickens' first line was "It was the best of times, it was the worst of times", no? So maybe the title has to do with the fact that the Others are living high on the hog and have all the power, while our Losties are having kind of a rough week, living in cages and whatnot and recovering from the hatch shock wave. Either that or Henry Gale's real name is Madame LeFarge.

P.S. How appropos that the writers (or just the folks who come up with the titles) are borrowing directly from Dickens. Old Charles wrote a couple of serial novels that were first published in installments. Many times he didn't know the ending and made up the later chapters as he went along. Sound familiar?
