i'll just pretend this is one forum down..
I think the worst part about survivor is definitely the editting, which is sometimes the best. Sure, casting can be pretty rough, but in the end, it just comes down how it's editted. Shit, no one wants to see Sook Jai in a cave holding hands for an hour, they should know that. The weak seasons are weak primarily through editting... second place = bad casting |

It doesn't anymore. After an extreme rough patch that was CI and Fiji, they corrected to an extent the bad casting and the awful editing that occurred in
those seasons. China featured a much better cast and the editing was so much more balanced that even the all the pre-merge contestants had adequate character
development. Micronesia was a weird hybrid which could have been a disaster, but it provided a lot of drama and an unbelievably good/unbelievably bad gameplay
contrast between the players. Even the most questionable cast member on the Favorites side ended up playing a very good game and ended up a very satisfying
winner.

The reason survivor sucks is there's only 2 seasons. Add a third. Between Fall's reunion and filming the next Fall, Jeff does nothing but
Spring's reunion. Six month vacation. He's a lazy bum, put him to work.
