Because khnum had created TAR12 banner and it supposedly post before that season was air.

As someone who wasn't around here before All Stars, I'm enjoying this trip through Sucks history. It's interesting to see which point in each
season whoever was in charge of the banners couldn't be fucked updating them anymore. But I want this to continue with progressively older season banners.
