Posts: 909 (03/27/08 9:11 AM) Registered User Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	Amanda was scheduled to be interviewed this morning by Houston radio station KTBZ 94.5 FM. http://rodryan.thebuzz.com/pages/linksandguests.html Only thing is, when it came time for her to come on the show, apparently she decided that it was"beneath her". I missed it because I was getting ready for work (still am, in fact) when my husband called me over. I missed most of it, except the morning DJ, Rod Ryan, was calling her a prima donna bitch. Interesting. Is there anyone else here from Houston that can shed a little more light? Like I said, I missed most of it.

I'm not saying every contestant has to be a crazy fan of the show. But, you have to have some idea of how it works. How can you be on season 7 and not know that you have to get songs cleared, can't sing whatever you like, etc? It's like when people go on Survivor or Big Brother and have no concept of the show. You can be recruited, but still do some research beforehand. It's not that hard.

My husband, who caught more of it than I did, said that she backed out at the very last minute, apparently telling the interviewer (or rather, the would be interviewer) that she couldn't be bothered right as they were about to air her.
