1.Tom: I'm not a fan of his. I thought he was a total bully, hiding behind the guise of being a nice guy. I can't not rank him number one, though. He owned the shit his season, he was never in any real danger of being voted out and the second the topic of mutiny against him came up, he had the power to immediately stomp it out.

2.Twila: Twila's loss knocked Vanuatu all the way down to the bottom of my season rankings. She seemed like this simple hick- but she was far and away the strategic authority of her season. She didn't overplay- she only broke alliances when she felt truly threatened & she aligned with the right people. I.E. she hated Eliza, but knew she could trust her...so they stuck with each other until F4. Every single TC Twila participated in (except F3), she voted for the person who was booted and from the time of the tribe-swap she placed herself in the position of power-broker and stayed there. Her social game was somewhat lacking, but she didn't have a prayer either way with a jury full of the sorest losers ever assembled. Sandra swore on her kid too- but she won 6-1.

3.Stephenie: I'm not much of a fan of hers, but she owned the Guatemala season. There was nothing she could do that would have won her the game. Even if she hadn't hurt the feelings of several jurors, she still couldn't have won because of her returning player status. Pissy attitude aside though, she was her season's mastermind (along with Rafe) and totally called the shots. She owned the outwit and outplay aspects of the game.

4.Katie: I know that this is a little higher than just about anyone else on earth would rank her, but by 9 days into the game, she was a lock for F2. She would have lost to almost every single member on the jury (she would likely have only had a chance in hell against Caryn or Jenn)- BUT, she stayed in the power alliance and protected herself from ever becoming a target by being the perfect bitch. Had she cranked it up to Jerri-heights, she'd have been booted for being a pain in the ass.


5.Rafe: The "good-cop" to Steph's "bad cop". He would have ranked above Steph and Katie if he didn't follow up the stupidest fucking move ever in voting out Lydia by making the stupidest move ever in "releasing" Danni from her promise. He obviously would have given away his car, had he won it- because he certainly gave away a million bucks.

6. Ian: Both physically and strategically strong. He played a great game in Palau that he forever tarnished by quitting at F3. I think he did so because of his being afraid of being slammed by the jury. I think he would have lost to Tom, had they been final 2- but it would have been much closer.

7.Ami: As someone else said, she had Hatch potential, but one mistake destroyed her whole game. If her plan had gone all the way through, it would have still be a little flawed though. LeeAnn had never really got her hands dirty, so she would have been a terrible F2 opponent for Ami to face.

8.Danni: she didn't outwit or outplay shit, but she won- so she deserves to be here.

9.Chris: as I have said before, he's my least favorite survivor player ever...but same as Danni, he won.

10.Scout: she's not terribly popular on these boards and i'm not so much a fan either. she damn sure did something right, though. she's a senior citizen with one knee, yet she only got 2 votes against her during the whole game....both of which came very, very late. she had first boot written all over her, but managed to never be a pre-merge target and finish in the top 3.

Honorable Mention: Eliza: she was a bit sniveling during the entire season. i do give her props though for having a target on her back through the entire game- yet, finishing 4th. she actually had Twila to thank for that, but never seemed really grateful. i appreciate her dodging so many bullets, but i didn't really dig on her whole martyr-complex.

By the 9th day Ulong was already down 3 players and obviouly struggling pretty hard. It would have taken a small miracle for them to catch back up with Koror. I totally believe that Katie was as close to a F2 lock as Survivor has ever had. Jenn would have taken her, Ian would have taken her, I think given the opportunity, so would Coby and Steph, Tom did take her, and so on. The only final 3 scenarios from the jury phase onward that wouldn't have resulted in Katie being in the final 2 would be Gregg/Jenn/Kate and Jenn winning...because I think Gregg would have taken Katie & Tom/Caryn/Katie and Caryn winning..because she'd have probably commited gameicide and taken Tom.

Janu wouldn't have taken Katie either- but Janu wouldn't have lasted until final 3 in a tribe full of Lydias.
